COS Marketing Workbench · Effective October 12, 2026
These terms apply to the COS Marketing Workbench (the "Workbench", at coloradosprings.marketing), operated by Infront Webworks ("we", "us"). By signing in to or using the Workbench, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Workbench.
Who may use the Workbench
The Workbench is a private tool for Infront Webworks staff and partners. Only people with an account created by an administrator may use it. We can change, suspend or remove any account at any time.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details secure, and do not share your account or let others use it.
- If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for the security of that Google account.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Workbench only for Infront Webworks business, and not to:
- access projects, data or features you have not been given access to;
- copy, download or share client data except as needed for your work;
- upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that you have no right to use;
- interfere with the Workbench's security or operation, or try to reverse engineer it.
Client data and confidentiality
Client information in the Workbench is confidential. It belongs to the client concerned and may only be used to deliver work for that client. Your obligations under any confidentiality or employment agreement with Infront Webworks continue to apply.
AI-generated content
The Workbench uses AI to produce analyses, recommendations, hour estimates and draft content. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. It must be reviewed by a person before it is used, published or sent to a client. You are responsible for checking facts, especially details marked for confirmation.
Ownership
The Workbench software and its design belong to Infront Webworks. Client data remains the property of the client. Work you produce in the Workbench for Infront Webworks is covered by your agreement with Infront Webworks.
Availability
We aim to keep the Workbench available and working well, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, pause or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Infront Webworks is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profit or business, arising from use of, or inability to use, the Workbench.
Ending access
We may suspend or end your access at any time, for example if your work with Infront Webworks ends or if these terms are broken.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Workbench means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
